Patagonia’s Growth Dilemma:
Should growth be the goal, or the reward?
I developed this case presentation to examine whether Patagonia should pursue a 10% growth target without compromising its mission and brand identity. The presentation compares leadership perspectives and recommends meeting demand through greater efficiency while keeping Patagonia’s values and responsible sourcing non-negotiable.
My presentation style is intentionally visual and concise. I use slides to support the message rather than serve as a script, keeping text to a minimum so I can speak from a strong understanding of the material and keep the audience focused on the discussion rather than reading from the screen.
Sales Role-Play
This role-play was completed during my first sales course at UCF and represents an early stage in my development as a salesperson.
Since recording it, I have revisited the video to evaluate my approach, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen my communication, confidence, and overall sales process. I chose to include it as a reflection of both my experience and my commitment to learning from performance and continuously improving.
